Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with vendors.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform calculations of discounts, interest, and percentages.
• Familiarity with basic algebra and statistics in SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze purchase requisitions against inventory targets and sourcing options.
• Manage the purchase order release process to meet demand.
• Resolve vendor issues related to pricing, terms, and service.
• Communicate vendor backorder issues to relevant teams.
• Maintain control of documentation for orders and shipping notices.
• Assist in vendor and product allocations.
• Review backorders and implement corrective actions.
