Senior QA/SDET Engineer (Remote, US-Based)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as an SDET or Test Automation QA Engineer using object-oriented design and coding skills.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby & JRuby including Cucumber, Rspec & Aruba.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Java and relevant test automation frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience testing with SQL and relational databases.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
• Experience working with DevOps & CI/CD tools.
• Experience testing cloud-based applications including APIs.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and drive the overall test strategy and vision for the team.
• Create and oversee the execution of test plans, suites & requirements, including functional, integration, performance, and security tests.
• Execute tests, monitor progress, analyze results, identify patterns, and provide test reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks and develop complex test scripts.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and DevOps on testing activities within the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach other SDETs/QA engineers and share best practices.
