Responsibilities:
  • Develop a presentation that outlines Exiger’s core technology in support of supply chain security solutions.
  • Onboard new users and brief them on all capabilities available.
  • Develop new applications of Exiger technology based on client missions.
  • Conduct training on utilizing technology for client missions.
  • Attend conferences on Supply Chain Risk Management.
  • Travel for meetings, training, and conferences.
  • Advise clients on effective software usage.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with tech teams for resolutions.
  • Translate client needs into product proposals.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members for improved client management skills.
  • Ensure successful delivery of work with partners.
  • Support sales teams by highlighting client accomplishments.
  • Analyze data for informed client recommendations.
  • Conduct ongoing training on Exiger’s full product suite.
