Ability to partner with Product Teams for personalized messaging.
Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Support team with goal-setting, professional development, and mentoring.
Manage product onboarding and conversion process with recommendations and reporting.
Utilize automation tools like Braze and Amplitude and engage in architectural discussions.
Collaborate with product, media, brand, business intelligence, and engineering teams.
Analyze mid-funnel performance and derive customer insights from in-app behavior.
Serve as a subject matter expert in in-app messaging, email, and push notifications.
