Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, management information systems or related field.
• Minimum 10 years IT experience, including 3 years IT Audit.
• Experience with CMDB and ServiceNow ITOM.
• Knowledge of Database, Application, Network & Infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like SentryOne, AppDynamics.
• Knowledge of active directory and basic networking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Windows servers infrastructure and .Net based Application Support.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.

Responsibilities:

• Carries out programs for performance management and capacity planning for systems.
• Monitors production software solutions and recommends changes.
• Researches third-party tools to improve development processes.
• Scripts database automation and reporting.
• Drives continuous improvement and best practices for monitoring and audits.
• Improves tooling for automation and business analytics.
• Coaches and mentors junior team members.
• Documents issues and shares resolutions with the team.
