Requirements:

• 3+ years experience working as a designer at an agency, studio, or another Startup/Scale up.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of digital design capabilities, particularly with consumer/ecommerce brands and B2C startups.
• Native-equivalent German proficiency, strong English skills (B2+ level).
• Deep understanding of the principles of graphic design.
• Thorough knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to get buy-in from key stakeholders and work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-performing ad creatives, including both static images and video content.
• Develop static ads with a high-fidelity or native Instagram aesthetic.
• Produce engaging videos featuring simple animations, customer testimonials, UGC and AI voiceovers.
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing team in Germany, while also working with teams in Australia and the UK.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in Figma for designing intuitive and pixel-perfect digital experiences.
• Retouch images and create icons using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual appeal.
