• 7+ years of partnerships, business development, or sales experience in the nonprofit technology space.
• Deep understanding of the nonprofit fundraising landscape and needs of agencies.
• Executive presence to build trust and credibility with senior leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking skills for mutually beneficial partnership frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven negotiation and management skills in complex partnerships.
• Experience with partner management platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy focused on influential agencies and federated organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop joint value propositions and strategies.
• Drive integration of platform within agency offerings through training and support.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with joint revenue targets and success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align activities with company goals.
• Represent Fundraise Up at industry events to build brand presence.
