Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or in a senior technology leadership role at an early-stage startup.
Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, platform scaling, cloud, and AI technologies.
Hands-on development experience with the latest technologies.
Experience building data products, including ETL processes and working with LLM and SLM models.
Experience shipping genAI products in a 0-1 environment.
Experience with data engineering strategy.
Exceptional communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
PhD or MS degree in AI or computer science.
Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap to align with business goals.
Partner with existing engineering resources to build the product from zero to launch.
