Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years professional experience.
• 2+ years experience in client-facing roles driving technical project leadership in an enterprise setting.
• Background in enterprise healthcare systems, digital consumer payments, or backend payment processing technologies.
• Comfortable with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL; experience with Python preferred.
• Effective communication of technical and business requirements to engineering.
• Ability to navigate an entrepreneurial environment with comfort in ambiguity.
• Excitement about Cedar's mission to improve the healthcare financial experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical and operational client discovery.
• Develop an integration strategy based on requirements gathered from discovery.
• Manage several technical and operational activities during solution ideation, design, and implementation.
• Lead large cross-functional team efforts across Cedar.
• Manage multi-threaded, complex projects and convey progress against goals.
• Liaise with operational and technical client stakeholders.
• Work closely with integration teams to streamline future implementations.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
