Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management, preferably in a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, market pricing, and benefits design across multiple geographies.
• Experience managing global benefits programs, including health plans and retirement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage compensation programs for a global workforce.
• Expertise in compliance with local, state, federal, and international labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global compensation strategies, salary structures, and incentive plans.
• Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses.
• Manage the annual salary review process including budget planning and merit increases.
• Advise on compensation packages for new hires and promotions.
• Lead the global benefits strategy including health and retirement offerings.
• Oversee selection and management of benefits vendors globally.
• Conduct regular reviews of benefit programs for competitiveness and satisfaction.
• Drive employee education initiatives regarding benefits offerings.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and reporting requirements.
• Manage compensation-related audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management and People Business Partners.
• Advise on executive compensation matters.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data for insights and recommendations.
• Create dashboards to track compensation trends.
• Collaborate with Global Mobility team for international relocations.
