Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience, with over 1 year in an entry-level sales or similar role.
• Proactive in identifying potential clients through various outreach methods.
• Determined in nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
• Experience managing sales from outreach to close.
• Confidence in verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Self-driven in using Salesforce for lead tracking and performance optimization.
• Agile professional able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a working laptop/PC and internet connection.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
• Anticipate customers’ needs and provide possible business solutions.
• Convert prospects to customers and foster relationships with existing clients.
• Seek out new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media.
• Create key sales initiatives to increase the sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
• Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects.
• Articulate value propositions around TA offerings and deliver proposals.
• Identify product improvements by monitoring industry trends.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling rebuttals and objections.
• Work closely with the client success team for account management.
