4+ years experience in a Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or other customer-facing engineering roles.
Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages.
Experience with long-term project planning and execution.
Experience with Ecommerce technologies and data models.
Thorough understanding of JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies.
Understanding of integrating UX elements with backend services, frameworks, and 3rd party developer APIs.
Experience with observability tools and applications.

Responsibilities:
Provide day to day support for technical questions from external partner stakeholders.
Lead the development of project plans by driving solution designs, timeline forecasting, task break-down, and testing strategy.
Develop integration support material and documentation for new products rollouts and feature updates.
Collaborate with Product + Eng leadership to build out partnership roadmaps.
Serve as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for technical challenges.
Maintain clear communication with external partners to align on goals and deliverables.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure project completion and constructive communication.
Provide feedback on integration strategy and operational workflows.
