Regional Vice President, Consultant Relations

Requirements:

• 4-7 or more years of previous benefits consulting experience or consultant relations experience
• Account knowledge, consulting and broker contacts, and industry relationships in the employer benefits space
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills at all organizational levels and ability to partner cross-functionally
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate product vision
• Experience and comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute on Omada’s strategic consultant relationship management initiatives, focusing on driving new revenue opportunities and enhancing existing partnerships with consulting firms.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to align on consultative strategies.
• Lead efforts to identify and engage potential new consulting partners or verticals across different consulting firms.
• Serve as marketing support liaison to influence effective communication and marketing initiatives for the consultant relations strategy.
• Assist in evaluation of consultant practice book of business and ongoing tracking of consultant and sales activity.
• Present Omada’s solutions compellingly in various industry contexts.
• Support internal stakeholders in building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants.
