Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in scientific or medical discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience as an MSL or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes.
• Knowledge and experience within the oncology therapeutic area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong networking skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
• Communicate clinical and scientific data to KOLs and healthcare professionals through presentations and educational programs.
• Support the synthesis and communicate scientific insights from KOLs to relevant internal teams.
• Provide scientific support for medical congresses, advisory boards, and other relevant scientific engagements.
• Establish credibility as a scientific expert and resource for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to support the development and execution of medical strategies.
• Stay current with scientific literature and emerging research.
