Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in scientific or medical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience as an MSL or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes.
• Knowledge and experience in the oncology therapeutic area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships.
• Self-directed with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
• Communicate clinical and scientific data through presentations and discussions.
• Synthesise and share insights from KOLs with internal teams.
• Support scientific engagements such as medical congresses and advisory boards.
• Establish credibility as a scientific expert for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various teams to support medical strategies.
• Stay current with scientific literature and the competitive landscape.
• Adhere to core values and regulatory requirements.
