Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years high-level customer care experience.
• Experience managing/supervising phlebotomy operations or teams.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Preferred BS/BA degree, High School Diploma required.
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred, depending on state regulations.
• Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Primary duty is the supervision of 4+ Patient Service Centers and associated managers.
• Responsible for supervisory duties including hiring, attendance, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
• Maintains an active role as a phlebotomist to provide coverage at PSCs.
• May perform yearly inspections and skills assessments as required.
• Ensures staff adherence to SOPs and conducts periodic inspections.
• Reports KPIs to product management leadership on a weekly basis.
• Manages escalations and scheduling issues while ensuring open communication for team development.
