Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience with Security and IT value-added reseller partners.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading a sales team in a high-velocity, transactional sales environment.
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Capacity to create top-down and bottom-up strategies with Partner leadership.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and coaching Partner Managers.
  • Proven ability to forecast sales and manage sales pipelines.
  • Fluency in Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel, and other business software.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute strategy for partner relationships with Physical Security Integrators in the US and Canada.
  • Build a partner management operation that scales to drive new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Maintain connectivity with partners to ensure pipeline generation and bookings.
  • Use business reviews to hold partners accountable for commitments.
  • Collaborate with sales to direct leads to partners.
  • Align with internal teams on partner and customer journey.
  • Educate partners on ButterflyMX products and programs.
  • Develop customer-facing and internal partner marketing activities.
  • Recommend tools, incentives, and messaging for the channel partner program.
  • Work with Director of Partner Operations to increase certifications and identify growth opportunities.
  • Report on sales activities and identify areas for expansion.
