Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business studies or relevant work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the medical device industry; neurosurgery or radiation oncology experience is a plus.
• Ability to create and manage key internal and external partnerships.
• High level of attention to detail and proficiency in issue resolution.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Self-starter, highly organized, and effective at all functional levels.
• Extensive experience in managing complex sales cycles with physicians and surgeons.
• Effective presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Exceed top line revenue goals and other key performance indicators that align with corporate objectives.
• Present product features and benefits during sales consultations, hospital visits, and workshops.
• Identify and accelerate new sales opportunities with key stakeholders.
• Develop accurate sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Gain clinical support and manage the sales process through effective communication and negotiation.
• Utilize CRM for account planning and reliable business intelligence.
• Submit all necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
