• Experience translating legal or regulatory guidance into workflows for compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of Trust and Safety initiatives from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with Sony Legal and Online Safety to drive policy documentation for Bungie products.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to online safety and privacy.
• Manage cross-functional teams to build systems that protect players.
• Champion player experience, safety, and inclusivity within Bungie.
• Create comprehensive policies for community conduct and anti-cheat behaviors.
• Guide initiatives for reporting and moderation tools.
• Develop player data retention policies.
• Determine policies around age-gating and parental controls.
• Consult on in-game advertising compliance.
• Track progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
