Requirements:

• A University degree or College Diploma.
• 5+ years’ experience with providing technical support.
• Knowledge of multiple computer systems.
• Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

Responsibilities:
