Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with process improvement frameworks like Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement.
• Strong analytical skills, including transaction flow analysis and risk assessment.
• Experience in project coordination and facilitating requirement gathering sessions.
• Background in cost analysis and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or be a member of a team applying process improvement, reengineering, modernization principles.
• Assess process performance in complex environments with linkages between financial and staffing processes.
• Facilitate meetings for goal-setting, requirement collection, and developing implementation plans.
• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify efficiency improvements.
