Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in account management, specifically with complex enterprise solutions in financial services, payments, eCommerce, or technology sectors.
• A track record of managing large-scale enterprise accounts and optimizing revenue streams.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven history of successful upselling and cross-selling.
• Proven consultative sales skills with multiple years of exceeding performance targets.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and influence across all organizational levels.
• Payments and eCommerce knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Grow largest enterprise merchant relationships, focusing on strategic account development and performance optimization.
• Act as a partner to clients, increasing their sales and expanding market share by optimizing checkout performance.
• Contribute to Zip growth strategy by understanding evolving merchant goals and conveying merchant insights.
• Develop deep relationships with key decision makers and influence decision making to solve business issues.
• Cross sell solutions for mutual value, structure marketing campaigns, run effective Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Manage renewal process for long-term contracts ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
