Enterprise Change Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in change management, with at least 3 years in Financial Services.
• Strong practical experience with a hands-on approach to managing enterprise change processes.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the release process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BS in a STEM field; completion of a graduate degree is a plus.
• Current certification in ITIL, COBIT or other controls framework required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of enterprise-wide changes.
• Ensure timely and controlled implementation of changes developed by multiple teams.
• Take ownership of the change management process.
• Foster collaboration across business units for coordinated implementations.
• Continuously enhance change management processes and tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting changes.
• Ensure approvals and testing results meet production requirements.
• Coordinate change schedules, resources, and manage backlogs.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and enhance the change management process.
• Manage strategic usage of change management tools and prepare for audits.
