Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT BA/Business System Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in banking/financial services area is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Analyze and improve business processes and workflows, identifying areas for efficiency.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to implement and support software solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to users on new and existing systems.
