Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cloud software, firmware and hardware engineers and quality assurance professionals.
  • Manage the team's resources and timelines effectively and support the budgeting process.
  • Oversee technical planning, project management and development of IoT systems.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by aligning planned IoT solutions with overall business goals.
  • Develop and implement team objectives and KPIs, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business units and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that IoT projects are delivered and rolled out on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Track the resolution of complex technical issues related to firmware, hardware and system architecture.
  • Review and provide input to end-to-end solution design proposals considering both technical and business implications.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to the engineering team.
  • Provide input to and review architectural concepts, principles and decisions.
