Requirements:

• Proven experience building long-term, trusting relationships with donors or key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of exceptional donor experience and motivations.
• Passionate about supporting public school teachers and advancing racial equity.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to offer solutions for complex donor needs.
• Adaptable to dynamic environments and able to make strategic decisions.
• Experience managing donor portfolios and cultivating mid-level donor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage a portfolio of individual supporters contributing $1,000 or more each Fiscal Year.
• Set revenue goals and devise data-driven strategies to cultivate and expand the existing donor base.
• Develop tailored marketing, stewardship, and move management plans for portfolio donors.
• Identify and leverage funding opportunities at the audience level.
• Track and report on all aspects of strategy, portfolio management, and growth.
• Manage project efforts, such as campaigns and email communications supporting the Mid-Level Giving Program.
