Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in leadership roles within Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning or PMO.
• 5+ years of experience within the IT industry.
• Proven leadership skills with direct and indirect reports.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own a comprehensive GTM annual plan aligning sales and marketing strategies.
• Hire, build, and develop a team of GTM Managers.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure consistency in sales tools and processes.
• Architect strategies and sales plays to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze business performance to identify opportunities and efficiencies.
• Establish timelines, project plans for stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with enablement and HR to support training and sales initiatives.
