Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in facilitating both inbound and outbound sales motions, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.
• Strong technical proficiency, particularly in tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, and Chorus.
• Creative mindset capable of implementing non-traditional growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with teams to refine product-market fit.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier and email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies by designing and refining inbound and outbound approaches.
• Lead data-driven experimentation with A/B tests to optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and maximize lifetime value (LTV).
• Focus on optimizing Enterprise lead generation in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
• Analyze real-time data from various tools to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment of growth initiatives.
• Optimize the customer journey through mapping experiences and improving conversion funnels.
• Create unconventional growth strategies to engage new audiences.
• Manage relationships with brokers, affiliates, and third-party platforms.
• Ensure messaging aligns with growth goals through collaboration with content and social media teams.
• Leverage CRM tools and marketing automation for efficient lead generation.
