Requirements:

• At least 4 years experience in retention or CRM marketing, ideally from a subscriptions background.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email.
• Knowledge of CRM/CDP platforms and automated digital journeys.
• Experience using Google Workspace apps and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in retention marketing.
• Have a creative approach to managing solutions from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of Retention, you'll be responsible for driving yield and revenue across our digital and print subscriber base.
• Deliver retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers.
• Apply a customer-centric approach to deliver a first-class experience while reviewing cost reduction and maximizing the retention budget to support LTV.
