Requirements:
  • Agricultural or viticultural background strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Experience with CRMs is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with remote members.
  • Strong empathy and trust-building abilities.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage diverse tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Support our customers in the farming sector via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide remote coordination and dispatch for field agents.
  • Establish regular communication with customers during and outside crop management seasons.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for account management and growth opportunities.
  • Assist with order and returns processing, inclusive of invoices.
  • Coach customers on leveraging the CropX platform.
  • Advocate for customer needs to drive product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the CropX product suite.
