Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in managing door-to-door sales teams, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through door-to-door sales channels.
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and other relevant sales technology.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives across various territories.
• Develop and execute regional door-to-door sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Support sales teams in the field and oversee logistics of field operations.
• Meet with customers to gather feedback and resolve issues.
