Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of any medical allied course.
• 3 - 5 years of Supervisory/Managerial experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Extensive experience as a Medical Scribes/Transcriptionist with both audio and live contexts.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential.
• Must be residing in the Philippines and be amenable to working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with team leaders and departments to improve customer experience.
• Conduct training sessions and coaching for team skill development.
• Maintain client communication and provide program activity updates.
• Oversee performance of the transcription team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Create, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators for the program.
• Perform managerial tasks like resource allocation and process improvement.
