IT Engineer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an IT engineer or system administrator role.
• Experience writing scripts to automate IT processes (Python, Powershell, etc.).
• Experience managing IT projects.
• Working knowledge of various SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC) for enterprise solutions like Okta.
• Experience configuring collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Managing Apple, Linux, and Windows devices.
• Configuring and monitoring endpoint security.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully distributed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with security and compliance teams to establish and enforce compliance controls throughout the organization.
• Identify gaps in corporate solutions and solve them using technical expertise.
• Improve MDM, patch management, and vulnerability management for a distributed workforce.
• Establish IT processes and select new tools.
• Support employees with technical issues and manage onboarding.
• Maintain inventory for hardware and software licenses.
• Help drive IT projects to completion.
