Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in edtech sales focusing on Student Information Systems.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of the K-12 education landscape and its data management challenges.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within North America as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Aspen SIS products.
• Conduct needs assessments and tailor solutions for districts.
• Develop and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling SIS products.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive renewals.
• Act as a trusted advisor for schools and districts.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
