  • Monitor activation metrics and follow up with customers who drop off before completing activation.
  • Identify existing customers using free or competing tools through usage data.
  • Develop personalized outreach to engage and convert these users.
  • Track KPIs like activation rates, time-to-activation, and competitive conversions.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
