Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in professional services, customer-facing role.
• Prior experience in a developer/analyst role preferred.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, JasperSoft iReport, CSS, HTML, and XML.
• Experience with Microsoft suite of tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Experienced in estimating work efforts and managing project timelines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements for custom reports, imports, exports, and other functionalities.
• Document customer requirements thoroughly and accurately.
• Develop acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create custom reports, imports, exports, and other customizations using Java.
• Provide deliverables to customers for feedback and iterate based on input.
• Estimate project timelines and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration of solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the development lifecycle.
