Responsibilities:

• Review, update and deliver the full potential plan for global Managed Access.
• Build and deliver a one-year operational plan with responsibility for the P&L of RWD.
• Develop innovative approaches to link market trends with client needs.
• Ensure the service offering remains competitive by staying updated on market trends.
• Collaborate with Business Development to strengthen the client pipeline.
• Create a scalable team to meet client deliverables and implement effective processes.
• Ensure proactive participation in BU goals and strategic direction.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and talent retention.
