Requirements:
  • Demonstrated track record of success in Haematology and/or Oncology sales or key account management.
  • Tertiary qualification in science, health, or business fields.
  • Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program.
  • Local experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative/Key Account Manager with a specialty medicines focus.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
  • Proven record in business planning and sales success.
  • Highly organized with ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
  • Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities:
  • Meet/exceed sales and growth targets and deliver budgeted revenue.
  • Engage with HCPs, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse practitioners through face-to-face appointments and meetings.
  • Attend industry conferences to expand knowledge and communicate findings.
  • Develop annual strategic territory action plan and revise quarterly.
  • Identify and engage with KOLs to achieve advocacy.
  • Support pharmacy channel for sales success.
  • Follow through on customer commitments and requests.
  • Monitor sales and expenditure.
  • Maintain therapy area knowledge to inform strategies.
  • Build confidence in our brand using strong technical knowledge.
