Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, account management) with at least 2 years in the DER or energy sector.
• Demonstrated track record of stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in developing presentations.
• An entrepreneurial attitude with a self-sufficient working style.
• Motivated and organized, capable of prioritizing work and setting timelines.
• Based in Northeast US, willing to travel for customer meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging and building relationships with DER providers to deliver value for both them and utility customers.
• Building a liquid DER market and serving as a subject matter expert on energy flexibility.
• Coordinating feedback from DER providers to communicate market expectations.
• Collaborating with management on DER engagement targets and evaluating partnership opportunities.
• Supporting utility account management teams in market delivery.
