Requirements:
  • 5 years minimum work experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, account management, project management) with at least 3 years in the utility, DER, renewable project development, or energy markets sectors.
  • Utility program management and/or energy markets expertise.
  • Demonstrated track record of external stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in presentations and overseeing software product implementation.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with self-sufficient, flexible, and resourceful working style.
  • Motivated, organized, and excellent communicator, prioritizing work and collaborating with teams.
  • Based in Northeast US (New York Tri-state / New England) and willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day and strategic management of key utility customer accounts in the Northeast.
  • Advising utility staff on DER market approach and guiding teams on implementation best practices.
  • Contributing as a thought leader in the US energy and DER sector.
  • Growing Piclo’s presence at events and industry happenings.
  • Supporting market participation through networking and partnerships.
  • Ensuring timely product delivery from software team and influencing the product roadmap.
