Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of relevant QA testing concepts and processes including technical testing experience.
• Experience with Agile testing practices.
• Experience with Jira and TFS is a plus.
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
• Sound organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with API testing.
• Experience with databases such as SQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with tools like Postman, Fiddler, Wireshark, JMeter.
• Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with QA best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases with a high standard of accuracy.
• Identify test requirements from specifications & map test case requirements.
• Maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like test data and validation.
• Identify and escalate potential quality issues per defined process.
• Troubleshoot and triage defects during testing to identify root cause.
• Conduct backend testing including database validation, using various tools to confirm functionality.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Product teams.
