Requirements:

• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Business experience in a healthcare or insurance setting is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely completion and overall completeness of reviewer reports.
• Communicates with clients for report status updates and evaluates report quality.
• Clarifies report questions, distributes final reports, and coordinates client requests.
• Works directly with physicians to answer client questions and ensure on-time report delivery.
• Reviews reports for data accuracy and ensures compliance with state requirements.
• May provide oversight to team members and improves processes for efficiency.
