Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes and insurance claims processes.
• Proficiency in healthcare billing software and electronic medical records systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to convey technical information understandably.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in adopting new technologies.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare billing regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution with third-party claims and payment processors.
• Identify adjudication patterns using claim rejection data and partner with teams to determine root causes.
• Support member escalations regarding insurance eligibility and claims denials.
• Act as a subject matter expert in payer operations for revenue cycle improvements.
• Develop Payer Workflows and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborate with departments such as Sales and Marketing for payer operations.
