Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in communication or relevant fields.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client acquisition, account management, or business development.
• Ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with prospect clients and candidates.
• Understanding of the industry (Third world country outsourcing or BPOs).
• Experience in preparing client proposals and delivering presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients/students that align with the company's education products.
• Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Contact and send tests to potential students while introducing the product.
• Develop a deep understanding of products to explain them to prospective clients/students.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and required documentation.
• Maintain relationships with existing students for satisfaction and collaboration.
• Act as a primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.
• Regularly review the market to refine acquisition strategies.
