Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a data science management role.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a data scientist or similar role.
• Proven experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (Python, R, etc.).
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and the broader B2B ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement data and analytics strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and marketing to understand data needs.
• Act as a contact for data inquiries and translate insights into recommendations.
• Prioritize team workload for high-impact projects.
• Lead development of business intelligence tools for real-time insights.
• Communicate insights and updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Oversee maintenance of data infrastructure and enforce quality standards.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and promote best practices.
• Manage, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
• Drive team professional development aligned with data best practices.
