Technical Account Manager, Marketing Attribution

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar role, preferably within a SaaS company or marketing technology environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing data, web analytics, pixels, API integrations, and data feeds.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, CDPs, marketing automation tools, and advertising platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to data integration and web tracking.
• Excellent client-facing skills and proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical issues, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives.
• Analyze client data and usage to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct training sessions for client teams on the Marketing Attribution platform.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
