Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales with 18 months to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in outbound selling.
  • Strong cold calling and email outreach skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Business acumen to convey the value of the CRM solutions.
  • Curiosity-driven, adept at uncovering business initiatives and challenges.
  • Results-oriented mindset with persistence and a drive to achieve goals.
  • Familiarity with sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience in the SaaS Tech industry.
  • Bonus: Personal experience with Unbounce or Insightly CRM products.
Responsibilities:
  • Follow up in a timely manner with all inbound leads assigned daily.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Sales team.
  • Conduct high volume of cold calls and emails for outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives in prospecting efforts.
  • Create awareness and generate interest in CRM products.
  • Develop understanding of the territory and identify solutions for prospects.
  • Adapt to evolving sales environment and provide feedback.
  • Demonstrate business problems mindset linking CRM solutions to customer challenges.
  • Leverage sales tools to optimize prospecting.
  • Meet weekly qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
  • Document all sales activities in CRM.
