Proven capability to lead project teams and mentor junior consultants.
Experience in developing proposals and offerings for clients.
In-depth understanding of HR functions such as Core HR and Talent Management.
Hands-on experience with HR Cloud systems.

Create employee experience strategies and journeys to digitize HR service delivery.
Deliver HR Transformation E2E projects and HR Service Transformation solutions globally.
Develop HR TOM and HR Process Design to operationalize client HR strategies.
Support clients with HR Cloud and HXM Technologies implementation.
Provide Workforce Transformation Advisory and project management support.
Facilitate HR workshops and craft insightful presentations.
Contribute to practice development and pre-sales activities.
Lead teams and foster continuous learning.
