Requirements:

• At least 8-10 years of experience in SAP PP and QM.
• Experience with at least 2-5 full project lifecycles in SAP PP, QM.
• Profound knowledge in Production Planning, Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
• Experience or certification in S/4HANA projects.
• Preferred experience in international template rollout projects.
• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or an equivalent field.
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for various audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish (C2) and English (C2).
• Willingness to travel for project-related mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in the areas of Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution and Quality Management.
• Evaluating business requirements and identifying relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
• Planning, preparing, and executing Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops.
• Designing solutions and adopting measures for identified gaps and business process improvements.
• Ensuring system implementation alongside near-/offshore team members.
• Acting as a sparring partner for the client and fulfilling project management responsibilities.
