Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or digital analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in technology related to social or digital marketing and data analysis.
• Proficiency in social analytic tools like Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Google Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and aggregate organic and paid social data from various platforms.
• Validate data quality and integrity.
• Analyze data and create comprehensive monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and update performance dashboards tracking social metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with social media objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.
• Forecast social content performance and monitor community engagement.
